Enrest Money Deposit

The earnest money deposit, also known as a good faith deposit, is a sum of money provided by the buyer to the seller as a demonstration of their serious intent to purchase the property. It serves as a sign of commitment and helps solidify the offer made by the buyer. Typically, the earnest money deposit is a percentage of the purchase price, although the specific amount can vary based on local customs and negotiation between the parties.


We offer simple terms. All request for EMD should be before you finalize your contract (PRE GAMING). If not it should be during the beginning of the inspection period were the EMD money is soft. Any request for EMD outside of the inspection period will requrie a personal guarentee and depending on the deal 10% equity.
